PARTNER TRAINING

This package is where one trainer will train two clients concurrently. If you are someone who likes to train with a friend or your partner, and have similar fitness goals and fitness level, this might be a good choice for you.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CORPORATE HEALTH PROGRAMS

A fitness training package designed for companies who want to increase their company’s productivity and performance through improving its employees’ health and fitness. Some of the key objectives of the program are:

1. Encourage health awareness and lifestyle change
2. Promote better mental stimulation and optimum health

We cater the program to the specifications of our corporate client. One of the programme could be in a form of Fitness Challenge where we create a three month program (number of months will defer according to the client’s needs) and a challenge event with rewards at the end of the programme. We have conducted this training for one of our regular clients and this is their feedback - “Overall the program was very well received by our staff. The organization deemed the fitness sessions and the trainers very capable and in terms of lifestyle change, we saw a jump in terms of frequency of exercise in pre and post FC. 85% of the participants have exercised at least once a week post Fitness Challenge vs 59% pre Fitness Challenge.”

GetActive also can provide ongoing weekly classes for your staff who find fitting fitness into their hectic schedules almost impossible. These classes can be held in a spacious meeting room. We will bring the rest of the equipment needed.

 

 

EXCLUSIVE GROUP EXERCISE PROGRAMMES

At GetActive you are not just another number. Our Group Exercise (GX) classes are small and exclusive, which means you get the personal attention you need from our qualified instructors. While keeping the group small, instructors are able to focus on each member of the class providing attentive feedback on execution techniques and posture. For participants attached to GetActive’s personal trainers, GX instructors and trainers work together to monitor and ascertain more areas for improvement for the client. The GX Programmes are also available for clients who enjoy working out in a GX format.

Some of our classes include Yoga, Pilates, Yogilates, Pole Dancing, Cardio Combat Circuit Training, Babes on the Run, Capoeira and Mummy Fitness.

We also have a group class called Babes on the Run, which is a fun outdoor exercise routine designed to incorporate you and your baby in a stroller (preferably 3-wheeler)
